Complaints Procedure

Please inform Anne Southern or Nichola Roose if you have a complaint.- can we take this sentence out and replace with:
 
We very much hope you will be delighted with your treatment, however  if you are unhappy about anything  or wish to make a complaint please inform our Manager Anne Southern or Deputy Manager  Nichola Roose
 
Complaints can either be in writing to:  
Sheil Road Dental Practice, 74 Sheil Road, Kensington, Liverpool, L6 3AF.  
 
Via the telephone on 0151 263 3088, in person or via email
 
We will acknowledge the complaint within 3 days.
 
A meeting with the complaints manager will be offered.
 
We will then investigate the complaint thoroughly and keep you informed of the progress made.
 
On completion of the investigation our Liverpool Dentist will provide you with a full written report within 6 months of the original complaint.
